Preliminary Preparation

  • Design and Material Selection: Create 3D models based on functional requirements, confirming details such as dimensions and cutout locations; select moisture-resistant base materials (e.g., multi-layer solid wood boards or 304 stainless steel) and hardware that has passed rust-resistance and operational lifespan tests.
  • Pre-processing: Control the moisture content of wood to prevent warping; calibrate CNC cutting and edge-banding equipment to ensure machining precision within ±0.5mm.

Core Processing Workflow

  • Cutting and Forming: Cut panels using CNC equipment according to blueprints; perform specialized shaping (such as punching and bending) and remove edge burrs.
  • Edge Banding: Apply waterproof edge banding to fully seal all panel edges and prevent moisture penetration-a critical step for moisture resistance.
  • Drilling: Precisely locate mounting holes for hinges and drawer slides to ensure accuracy during subsequent assembly.

Assembly and Surface Treatment

  • Cabinet Assembly: Assemble the cabinet frame and reinforce it with metal corner brackets; install back panels and adjustable shelves; adjust door gaps and ensure smooth drawer operation.
  • Surface Treatment: Polish, sand, and clean metal components; subject wooden cabinets to sequential coarse sanding and fine polishing, followed by the application of eco-friendly water-based paint or heat-pressed waterproof PVC film to enhance moisture and stain resistance.
