Tengzhou Jingsheng Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. is located in Tengzhou, Shandong - the hometown of Lu Ban and Mozi. It is a specialized OEM manufacturer deeply rooted in the whole-house customization sector, integrating R&D, production, and sales of complementary home furnishing products.

 

Guided by the spirit of Lu Ban's craftsmanship and Mozi's philosophy of universal love, the company operates on core principles of innovation, precision manufacturing, and standardization. It focuses on OEM services for mid-to-high-end home furnishing brands, offering a comprehensive product matrix that integrates doors, wall panels, cabinetry, and windows. The company has established long-term, deep strategic partnerships with renowned domestic mid-to-high-end home furnishing brands and listed decoration companies - such as Fotile Kitchens, Shangpin Bense, Xindi Home, Dongyi Risheng, Zhongtian Yijia, and Luban Shijia - while simultaneously expanding into large-scale project-based integrated fitting-out channels. Facility Scale

The factory covers a total area of 50 mu (approx. 33,333 m²), featuring 20,000 m² of standardized, modern workshop space. The site layout is clearly zoned with comprehensive supporting facilities and a clean, orderly production environment.

Infrastructure & Support

The site is equipped with complete facilities for warehousing, raw material storage, finished product quality inspection, and packaging/shipping, ensuring standardized, traceable management across the entire workflow.

Specialized Workshops

The facility houses five distinct production workshops - dedicated to cabinet bodies, cabinet doors, metal-glass doors, aluminum-wood doors, and system windows - complemented by specialized milling zones. This setup enables independent assembly-line operations for each product category, preventing process interference and significantly enhancing production precision and delivery efficiency.

Production Capacity

Current production lines offer a stable monthly capacity of 6,000 m². Plans are already in place to add two new production lines; once fully operational, monthly capacity will increase to 20,000 m², enabling the company to handle large-scale export orders and major integrated furnishing projects.

Incoming Material Inspection

100% sampling inspection of materials - such as panels, aluminum profiles, hardware, and surfacing materials - upon arrival; non-conforming materials are strictly prohibited from entering production.

In-process Inspections

Dedicated quality control personnel are stationed in each workshop to conduct real-time spot checks on dimensions, edge banding, drilling, and lamination precision at every stage.

Finished Product Inspection

Comprehensive verification of appearance, dimensions, sealing performance, and hardware compatibility; products are packaged and shipped only after passing all checks.

End-to-End Traceability Mechanism

Each product batch is linked to specific raw material batches, production teams, and equipment records, enabling rapid traceability and corrective action in the event of issues.

Production Equipment

The factory is fully equipped with leading domestic automated processing machinery known for high precision and stable operation, ensuring consistency across mass-produced items. The list of core equipment is as follows:

● Cutting equipment: Nanxing automatic labeling and cutting machine;

● Edge banding equipment: Nanxing standard edge bander, Nanxing heavy-duty automatic edge bander, and contour edge bander;

● Drilling equipment: Nanxing CNC six-sided drilling center;

● Carving equipment: 3 Haogeng brand carving machines;

● Laminating equipment: Zhanhong Yuelong positive/negative pressure vacuum laminator and 2 Zhanhong Yuelong negative pressure machines. The strategic combination of over a dozen automated units forms a comprehensive production line that minimizes human error while enhancing processing precision and daily output; the coordinated operation of this equipment ensures the timely delivery of large-scale orders.
