Pre-installation Preparation

  • Tools and Materials: Prepare a tape measure, spirit level, impact drill, screwdriver, expansion bolts, mold-resistant/waterproof silicone sealant, PTFE tape, etc.
  • Site Check: Verify that the wall is a solid, load-bearing wall; identify and avoid plumbing and electrical lines; shut off the water supply; and clear debris from the work area.

Cabinet Positioning and Securing

  • Determine Height: The recommended countertop height is 80–85 cm from the floor; the bottom of the mirror cabinet should be approximately 30 cm above the basin surface.
  • Wall-mounted: Mark the hole locations, drill using an impact drill, insert expansion anchors, and tighten the screws to secure the cabinet, ensuring it is level and not tilted.
  • Floor-standing: Screw the cabinet leg assemblies onto the mounting plates; position the unit and adjust the leveling feet; place the legs as close to the outer edges as possible to ensure balanced weight distribution.

Accessory and Plumbing Installation

  • Install the basin and faucet; wrap PTFE tape around water inlet connections to prevent leaks; connect the drain pipe.
  • Apply mold-resistant, waterproof silicone sealant to the joints between the basin and the cabinet, and between the cabinet and the wall.
  • Drill holes according to the markings and mount the mirror cabinet onto the pre-installed screws on the wall.
